This is Marley (or Mai for those who like the Japanese names), the only Pokemon character I can think of who wears Gothic Lolita of sorts.
You meet her on Route 224 from Victory Road, and she asks you to escort her to the exit of the cave.

She is one of my favorite female character designs from the games, so I had to draw her!
ALSO: this is my first 100% digital drawing ever! I drew and coloured it on Photoshop C:

i like the picture but i thought she doesnt smile at all. thats what i thought but i thought she was like a emo P-trainer?

I know while in the games and anime she doesn't smile, I was drawing this off of the original art by Ken Sugimori, and she kinda has a smirk on her face.
I was trying to give her that smirk, but I think I went too far :c
